James was interviewed by Ben Bartlett - one of the most respected coach educators in the World.

Ben currently serves as Technical Lead for the US Soccer Federation Pro Licence qualification, was formerly Head of Coaching at Fulham FC, Head of Women's Football at Chelsea FC, and spent 12 years as a coach developer within the English FA. 

He  is a published coaching author of two acclaimed coaching books - "Constraining Football" and "Connected Coaching" and his  work has shaped coach development at the highest levels of the game internationally.

During the session, James shared his philosophy and approach to coaching - drawing on experience across professional clubs & national team programs spanning the UK, the CONCACAF region and beyond.
